Sarah Armstrong brings expansive life experience to her Change & Transition Strategy work as an attorney, mediator, nurse, hospital administrator, mother, and wife of 35 years.
Sarah became a Change & Transition Strategist in order to offer a pragmatic process to physicians and nurses dealing with the impact of unintentional medical error or the fallout from a volatile work conflict. She has since expanded her practice to include adults who are moving through any type of change and want to reach the next stage of their lives staying true to their internal compass and the largest vision they have of themselves.
She sees clients in her Seattle office or by videoconference. Her clients describe her warm and intentional approach as helping them clarify and reclaim a deep sense of purpose and a renewed state of well-being.
