Before his involvement with the Life Balance Institute, Andrew was a leader in the bustling business and development world of real estate in Los Angeles. His role as President meant he pushed for affordable housing - a mission that on paper seemingly aligned with his true nature. But, the fulfillment he longed for wasn’t there and that led him to seek greater meaning in his work and life.
It was during a fateful retreat where he met Life Balance Founder Phillip Moffitt, who began opening up his mind and heart. He asked, “Who is running your inner committee, Andrew? You can have many committee members, but who’s running your inner committee?”.
Something shifted that day, but it wasn’t until years later when Andrew’s interest in prioritizing well-being, values, and alignment with those values, grew into something bigger. Fast-forward to today, and Andrew is a personal steward in helping people get “unstuck,” navigate change, and find purpose.
